Convert a set of quaternions to rotations

Parameters:

quat : array, shape (..., 3)

q1, q2, and q3 (x, y, z) parameters of a unit quaternion.

Returns:

rot : array, shape (..., 3, 3)

The corresponding rotation matrices.
