mne_features.univariate.compute_svd_entropy(data, tau=2, emb=10)¶

SVD entropy (per channel).

Parameters

datandarray, shape (n_channels, n_times)

tauint (default: 2)

Delay (number of samples).

embint (default: 10)

Embedding dimension.

Returns

outputndarray, shape (n_channels,)
