• Modernize the packaging with a src layout, a version derived from git tags with setuptools_scm, and the developer dependencies declared as dependency groups. The build, doc, stubs, style, test, all and full extras are removed, and the sys_info command lists the optional dependencies with --extra and the developer dependencies with --developer (#332 by Mathieu Scheltienne)
