mne_bids.get_datatypes(root)[source]¶

Get list of data types (“modalities”) present in a BIDS dataset.

Parameters

rootstr | pathlib.Path: Path to the root of the BIDS directory.

Returns

modalitieslist of str: List of the data types present in the BIDS dataset pointed to by root.
